Document Database

Problem

Your application stores objects with varying structures:
Product A → size, material
Product B → CPU, RAM, storage
Product C → author, pages
Forcing every variation into rigid relational tables can become awkward.

Solution — Document Database

Store self-contained document-shaped records. { "name": "Laptop", "cpu": "..." } Different documents can naturally contain different fields.
Core idea: document databases store flexible structured objects rather than requiring one fixed relational shape.
